Tracking Payment Status

We provide an easy way to track an Exam Taker’s payment status from within the portal. To verify their payment, begin by logging in and navigating to Exam Takers. Note, you must have Administrator rights or be listed as a Course Owner to have access to this tab.

  1. When the list populates, you will see a list of all Exam Takers.
  2. To include the Paid column, click the Gear icon at the top of the list. Open the drop-down menu and select the Paid option. The list will refresh to include a column displaying the Exam Taker’s payment status. Note, you will only need to add this column once.
  3. By default, the list will display all Active ET’s. If you’re looking for a specific Exam Taker, you can search through the Exam Takers by name, ID, or email address using the Search Bar on screen. To further filter the Exam Takers or to see Exam Takers that are not active, use the Advanced Search functionality. Here, you will see various filters you can search by. Note, you can use the Payment filter to filter through a list of paid and/or unpaid users.
  4. From left to right, you will be able to set filters to get a better view of the Exam Taker’s Payment status. Once the filters are set, click the Search button. The page will then refresh and display the Exam Takers according to the filters you have set.
