Preventing Blocked Emails

If you have encountered issues where your exam takers are not receiving emails that were sent from your ExamSoft portal, reach out to your IT department and request that they white list the following host name:

host66.onr.com

This should prevent emails from being blocked by your institution's system. If you continue to experience this problem after having your IT department white list the above host name, please contact our Support Team
