Anonymous Grading - New Portal Beta

Anonymous Grading can be set up for any assessment that contains essay questions. Selecting Anonymous Grading will hide the Exam Takers identity when grading.


Setting up Anonymous Grading

1) From the Assessments tab, select the Assessment.

2) Navigate to the Grading sub-tab.

3) Depending on which view you have selected, you can enable Anonymous Grading from the Grading home page.


Enabling Anonymous Grading through Questions View

1) Once on the Grading home page, you will see the following:

2) Toggle the 'Anonymous Grading is off' switch in order to change settings to 'Anonymous Grading is on'.

3) Select the pencil icon  and begin Grading; you can enable, or disable, Anonymous Grading from this new Start Grading modal window, as well.

Note, the Exam Taker Name and Student ID columns have been removed, since Anonymous Grading has been enabled.

1) Once on the Grading home page, you will see the following:

2) Toggle the 'Anonymous Grading is off' switch, in order to change settings to 'Anonymous Grading is on'.

Note, the Exam Taker Name column will disappear once Anonymous Grading is enabled.

3) Select the pencil icon  and begin Grading; you can enable, or disable, Anonymous Grading from this new Start Grading modal window, as well.
