Deleting a Student Account - New Portal Beta

Instead of having a list of all Exam Takers on the Students page, an Institution Level or Department Level Admin can now delete Exam Taker Accounts.

Keep in mind, deleting an Exam Taker Account will remove their results from any assessments they may have taken, but question statistics will NOT be affected.


Deleting an Exam Taker Account within a Course

1) Select the appropriate course from My Courses.

2) Navigate to the Students sub-tab.

3) Select the pencil icon (  ) for the necessary Exam Taker Account.

4) Simply click the Delete button.

5) All Users will be notified of the amount of courses and taken assessments for the Exam Taker Account that is being deleted.


Deleting an Exam Taker Account within User Management

1) From the Admin drop-down, choose Users.

2) Navigate to the Students sub-tab.

3) Select the pencil icon (  ) for the necessary Exam Taker Account.

4) Simply click the Delete button.

5) Users will be notified of the amount of courses and taken assessments for the Exam Taker Account that is being deleted.
