To bulk invite students to join your institution, begin by logging in using your credentials. Note, you must have course administrator privileges or higher to bulk invite students.
Once logged in, open the Admin tab, and select Users.
Next, select the Students sub-tab.
Within this list, you will see the student's names, ID's, and their status. To quickly invite all students, begin by ticking the checkbox next to each student that either needs to be invited or their invite has expired.
With the students selected, click the Invite button.
Clicking the expand icon will allow you to add more columns to the grid if there are any not being displayed.
A new popup window will appear. You may prepare the invite to be sent immediately, or set it for a date in the future by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the appropriate date. To send the invite, click Send Invite. You will see a green confirmation message at the top right-hand corner of the page, with the number of invites that were sent.
