Running a Combined Report - New Portal Beta

A combined report will aggregate the statistics across all linked assessments. With this report, you can pull a single report containing all data from the entire roster of students within a course. 

Running a Combined Report

First, you will need to locate the linked assessments within your course. Any linked assessment will have a Clock icon to the far right of the list view.

Note: To run a combined report, each linked assessment must have at least 1 upload. 

Click either of the linked assessment's name. Next, click Reporting/Adjust Scoring sub-tab. You will see a message near the top of the page alerting you that this exam is one of multiple linked assessments. Click View Combined Report.

The page will refresh to show the combined report statistics. All statistics and question metrics will be updated to reflect the aggregated data.
